Good course, slow support sometimes

I bought the 'After Effects Kickstart' course a few weeks ago. The content itself is solid, really good for getting up to speed with After Effects. I liked that the project files were included, made following along much easier. Delivery was instant since it's online access. However, I had a technical question about one of the lessons, and it took about three days to get a response from support. Not a huge deal, but a quicker turnaround would have been better. Overall, I feel like I got good value for the price, especially considering how much I learned. Would recommend it for beginners, just be prepared for a little wait if you need help.
